Iraqi anti-poverty plan to star mid of 2017, Cabinet

Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: The General Secretariat of the Iraqi Cabinet announced the initiation of
anti-poverty plan by the mid of this year.
In a statement, the plan took into consideration the roles played by donor countries, which depended on "empowerment bases, not charity in financing".
The main topics of the plan is to put a remedy to random housing and the reforms that should be taken on the ration card.
The random housing constituted 10% of the Iraqi population, it added.
It added that the Iraqi government has started to form the development fund, in cooperation with the World Bank.
