    The United States, Britain and France, on Tuesday, a draft resolution in the Security Council of the United Nations; to condemn the attack chemical in the Syrian province of Idlib. Diplomats said the most likely to put the draft resolution to the vote Wednesday.

    The three countries blames the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the attack that claimed the lives of dozens of people forces. Syrian army denied responsibility, and said he had never used chemical weapons.

    The United Nations envoy to Syria, Staffan de Mistura, said that the attack Chemically "awful" came from the air.

    According to the draft resolution, seen by Reuters, he said the Syrian government must submit to an international inquiry commission flight plans and records on Tuesday, in addition to the names of all squadron helicopter commanders, and to allow the entry of air bases, which investigators believe they may have been used to launch attacks using chemical weapons.

    The draft resolution requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Jotirih, to report monthly on whether the Syrian government to cooperate with an international commission of inquiry into the use of chemical weapons in Syria.

    The draft resolution reflects "the anger of the continued killing and injuring people with chemical weapons in the Syrian Arab Republic, and expresses its determination on the need to hold accountable those responsible for it."

    It was not immediately clear Russia's position -the ally of acid, as well as China towards the draft resolution.

    It is scheduled to brief the Security Council on Wednesday on the poison gas attack took place in Syria.
