Detection US bill to establish a "court" especially in Syria

Members of the US Senate introduced a bill that would establish a "court" to prosecute the perpetrators of war crimes in Syria.
According to the document, which was published on Saturday, under the title of "holding accountable those responsible for war crimes in Syria in 2017 the law", that "an interim criminal court, will include jurists local and foreign, judges and other experts, who prosecuted individuals suspected of committing war crimes or crimes crimes against humanity or genocide. "
He said one of the project owners, Senator Marco Rubio, this initiative aims to "ensure accountability for human rights violations against innocent Syrians."
It is proposed that the project owners, who are lawmakers from the Republican and Democratic parties of Americans, the US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, other federal bodies, study the possibility of establishing a "transitional legal mechanism for Syria", including the "court."
The project also provides support for people and institutions that are looking for suspects in the commission of war crimes and crimes against humanity and genocide, as well as the collection and documentation of evidence, and the protection of witnesses.
