Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Legal expert, al-Ebadi, pointed out “The Parties Law must be in harmony with the constitutional articles.”
He stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “This law organizes the performance of the laws and the norms that all the parties should adhere to.”
“Article 27 of this law draft prohibits the political parties from receiving orders from any foreign side,” he added.
“Article 28 obliges the parties to register the financial revenues and expenses in records,” he continued.
“This law will participate in consolidating the independence of the parties and to avoid the foreign funds,” he concluded.
