Legal Expert: declaration of war and state of emergency powers of the House of Representatives

He added Abadi, "declares a state of emergency for a period of thirty days which can be extended with the consent of them every time as well as to authorize the Prime Minister of the necessary powers that enable him to manage the country's affairs in the duration of the declaration of war and state of emergency that displays the Prime Minister to the House of Representatives on actions taken and results in during the declaration of a state of war and state of emergency within 15 days of the expiration date on the basis of the ninth with Article 61 / d of the Constitution. "
