European police have arrested more than 700 extremist in 2017

European police agency data confirmed (Europol), on Friday, more than 718 arrests of being "extremists", registered an increase compared with the number of detainees in 2015 and number 687 suspects and 395 in 2014.
According to Europol's annual report for the year 2016, on the status of terrorism in the European Union, "thwarting 142 attacks, eight members of the EU countries, including attacks carried out by jihadist and nationalist other European groups and organizations", indicating that "142 people have been killed in terrorist attacks, while injured 379 people were injured, and most of the victims fell as a result of attacks by jihadists. "
The security commissioner of the European Union, Julian King, "The figures revealed the need for the need for closer cooperation in the exchange of intelligence information," adding that "terrorists do not respect borders and do not recognize it."
