What is the truth claims of "Arab" on British banks to stop dealing with the Qatari Riyal?

Channel "Arab" Saudi Arabia claimed that three British banks stopped dealing in Qatari Riyals.
The channel said in her tweet through the expense of "urgent Arab" on the mini blogging site "Twitter": "Bratania..leodz and Bank of Scotland and Halbwachs stopped working in Qatari Riyals # Arabah_aajl".
