Advisor Abadi reveals the fact that Iraq's debt

Sommer News: Baghdad .. denied Prime Minister for Financial Affairs Advisor to the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, on Wednesday, what is traded on the arrival of Iraq 's debt to 111.725 billion dollars, adding that this figure is "very exaggerated."

Adviser Abadi added that "analytically the $ 42 billion, representing 38% of Iraq's foreign debt by the question of any odious debt mark there are no legal documents, but only international claims," explaining that all the debts dating back to the period of the economic embargo on Iraq written off in accordance with the Paris Club agreement signed in 11.21.2004 has not been recognized internationally.
He also pointed out that there is a "$ 48 billion in debt dating Iran - Iraq war and is not borne by the Iraqi people , " noting that the Paris Club agreement written off more than 80% of Iraq 's debt sovereign and many others, but the 20% other representing Iraq is equipped with weapons of mass comprehensive not written off and shot Iraq .
And Mohammed Saleh went on to say that Iraq has resorted to foreign loans after the year 2014 due to lower oil prices and because of the war against Daesh to run the economy, stressing that Iraq needs to address the debt and dependence on other economic resources other than oil .
And was a member of the Finance Committee in Parliament MP Magda Tamimi, it announced last week that Iraq 's total debt of the end of 2016, reached 111.725 billion .
