The Ministry of Communications announced on Monday the introduction of "radical" changes in its services this year.
"The telecommunications sector will witness a significant shift in the quality of the services that will be provided by the Ministry after the completion of the work on the completion of the project," said the Director General of the Department of Planning and Follow-up and the head of the Japanese loan project (FTTH) in the ministry in the name of Asadi in a statement received by Mawazine News. "Only the stage of operation and marketing is left after the completion of the contract with any of the companies that are competent and specialized in the field of communications and information technology."
Al-Asadi added that he will "form a special directorate for the FTTH project and be affiliated to the General Company for International Information Network Services, which is responsible for the maintenance of the optical cable with engineering and technical staff from the Ministry of Communications staff."
For his part, the Administrator of the Japanese Lunar Access Network, Mohammad Fahad, said that "the external network was fully completed in six areas distributed on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa with a capacity of (150 thousand) subscribers and ready to provide the best services to citizens."
