"The independence that the Kurdistan region wants is illegal and unconstitutional, and does not coincide with the vision of the Iraqi government to preserve the unity of the country," he said. "There is no desire to accept the idea of independence in the country and the region enjoys With federal powers, according to the Constitution, and that no party has the right to change the reality of the situation in Iraq by unilateral desire, without the consent of the other party. "
"We do not want to enter into an internal conflict, but the results of this referendum will not be committed by the state," he concluded. AH
