The Vice-President of the Republic, "Nuri al-Maliki," Saturday, that "no dialogue with the Kurds unless the results of the referendum is canceled," adding that "the Constitution and the Federal Court are Al-Faisal to resolve the dispute."
"Maliki," in a press statement, followed by "Sky Press," that "Baghdad does not reject dialogue with the Kurdistan region, but requires a dialogue based on the Constitution," according to Agence France-24.
He also repeated, "Maliki," "Baghdad's categorical rejection of the establishment of a Kurdish state in the Kurdistan region, adding that" there is broad consensus nationally and regionally on it. "
Maliki also questioned the possibility of continuing the territory as a state if he decided to secede, praising also the popular mobilization and its role in defending Iraq and fighting the organization is advocating, as he put it.
