Shafaq News / The decision maker of the parliament , Mohammed al - Khalidi said on Sunday, that the tour of the parliament speaker , Osama al-Nujaifi to Qatar and Saudi Arabia and the rest of the other Arab countries has been delayed until after Eid.
Nujaifi said at a news conference after returning from Turkey and Iran that he has a schedule to visit Saudi Arabia and Qatar to improve relations and discuss the common issues.
“The trip has been delayed to after Eid holiday,” Khalidi told “Shafaq News”.
Nujaifi had ended last month an official visit at the head of a large parliamentary delegation to Turkey and Iran as a part of Iraq’s efforts to strengthen bilateral relations with the surrounding regions and find a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis.
