"The situation of Yemen as a result of the aggression, the massacres against civilians and the total siege imposed on it is shameful and disturbing, calling on the international community to end this senseless war by taking effective and decisive action," he said.
The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, said yesterday that the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, spoke of the terrible and disturbing situation of Yemen as a result of the aggression, the massacres against civilians, the total siege imposed on it and the unbearable suffering of the people Which led to an unprecedented outbreak of cholera and famine.
He added that the war years in Yemen and in the third year of the aggression are still burning without being able to imagine a clear end to them. And that the situation of violence continues and the extensive and comprehensive destruction witnessed by the country and the suffering of the human calamities has turned the country into a sinner, while the perpetrators of this criminal aggression are in the midst of it now.
He added that the result of the aggression after more than 30 months against this country is the deaths of thousands of innocent people, especially women and children, and the destruction of infrastructure and civilian facilities, including hospitals, schools, roads, food industries and power stations.
The cutting off of humanitarian aid to starving Yemen and the decision to cut off all air and land routes and seaports has made the devastating humanitarian catastrophe more severe, a disaster that UN officials say could turn into the world's biggest famine in decades. Her victims will be millions.
He added that international responsibility for committing war crimes and violations of the rules and regulations of international law rests with the perpetrators of these crimes, who are committed only to the military option to end the crisis and try to divert the world's attention from their aggressive war and to hold the others responsible. Yet more than two and a half years after their indiscriminate attacks To realize that 'there is no military solution in Yemen'.
"The responsibility of the international community obligates him to take an active and firm stance on the Yemeni crisis, to work to end this foolish war, to establish a cease-fire in this country, to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid and to resolve the crisis through dialogue and national reconciliation. Restore peace and stability to the country.
He added that since the beginning of the crisis, the Islamic Republic of Iran has stressed that the only way to restore peace and stability is to allow all Yemeni parties to form the national unity government they choose away from any foreign intervention.
The Iranian foreign minister expressed his belief that the four-item project, which he presented and presented in a letter to the former UN Secretary-General, should have been studied and implemented exactly after the Saudi-led war against Yemen.
He considered that the follow-up and implementation of the project, which includes the following steps that it is still active and vital to end this human nightmare:
    1. Ceasefire and immediate termination of military operations.
    2. The Yemeni people receive unimpeded humanitarian and health assistance.
    3. To resume the national dialogue with the participation and guidance of Yemenis and in the presence of representatives of all parties and social components of Yemen.
    4. Formation of the national unity government.
The Iranian foreign minister expressed his confidence that the UN Secretary-General will immediately make good efforts to help arrange for consultation with all concerned parties and arrange a genuine dialogue to reach a political solution to this sad and tragic crisis as a matter of urgency.
He declared the readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to support the efforts of Guterres and to engage with the United Nations and all concerned partners in a constructive dialogue with a view to following up the project and activating it.
He also declared the Islamic Republic's readiness to cooperate with the UN Secretary-General to send humanitarian and health assistance to the Yemeni people immediately.
