Turkey's economy grew 11.1 percent on a year-on-year basis in the third quarter, the fastest pace in six years, surpassing expectations in a Reuters survey of 10 percent.
According to the data, GDP in the third quarter grew 1.2 percent compared to the previous quarter, adjusted for calendar and seasonal factors.
The growth rate for the second quarter was revised up to 5.4 percent from 5.1 percent as previously announced, while the first-quarter figures were revised to 5.3 percent from 5.2 percent. Ending / 25
