    [ltr]The President of the Republic, Fuad Masum, met Wednesday with his deputies Nuri al-Maliki and Iyad Allawi. The meeting resulted in several resolutions, including the start of an immediate dialogue between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.[/ltr]
