Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi said on Monday he was optimistic that there would be a balance between supply and demand for crude during the first quarter of 2018, which would boost oil prices.
The minister told reporters at a signing ceremony that global crude stocks had fallen to an acceptable level and there were positive signs that prices in the oil market would improve significantly next year.
