Today, Monday, political analyst Qasim Al-Tamimi ruled out the possibility of Prime Minister Muhammad Al-Sudani submitting a request to the American side to leave Iraq, or that Army Chief of Staff Abdul Amir Yarallah would be able to expel them.

Al-Tamimi told Al-Maalouma, “Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani visited Washington last April, and he did not carry in his bag any request addressed to the White House to end the presence of American forces inside Iraq.”
He added, "The Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdel Amir Rashid Yarallah, cannot remove the Americans unless the Sudanese ends their presence."
