    He pointed out that the reception of the new year comes with more will and determination to strengthen the unity of Iraq and the Iraqis, as well as strengthening the values ​​of democracy and steadfast adherence to the principles of the Constitution and the need to build a state of institutions and citizenship and rights, as well as the development of the political process to ensure the success and progress of the federal democratic system, That displaced persons, displaced persons and migrants return to their cities and villages safely and freely.
