    MP for the Liberal bloc, Majid al-Gharawi, on Saturday, excluded the 2018 budget on the agenda of the House of Representatives, citing the reason for the existence of "deep differences" on them, while stressing that the parliament will not pass a formal budget free of appointments.
    Al-Gharawi said in a statement that the "general budget of the State of 2018 has deep differences and difficult to pass without the pledge of Prime Minister Haider Abadi," noting that "the Council will not proceed to vote on a formal budget free of appointments and the provision of funds for industrial sectors and others."
    Al-Gharawi added that "all blocs have observations on the budget and all realistic and can not proceed with the budget without the presence of the Prime Minister and pledge to the blocks not to challenge any paragraph will be added to the budget."
