    [rtl]BAGHDAD - The parliamentary legal committee, Friday, revealed the main reason for the failure to approve the general budget for the year 2018 .[/rtl]
    [rtl]A member of the committee, Kamel al-Zaidi said in a press statement that "the crisis of the general budget for the year 2018 within the House of Representatives is still in place, and clinging to the Kurdish blocs in 17% as a share of the region is the main reason for not approving the budget ."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Zaidi said that "the budget of 2018 will continue even if the insistence of the Kurds on their demands, and will be read a second reading, and then vote on it soon ."[/rtl]
    [rtl]While threatened the head of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan parliamentary bloc, Arieh Abdullah, on Tuesday, resorting to the Federal Court and the International Monetary Fund in the event of passing the budget law to meet the wishes of the government, calling for the need to achieve compatibility and grant all components of their rights in a fair manner according to the Constitution.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Prime Minister Haider Abadi, recently, delayed the adoption of the budget that aims to embarrass the government, describing the reasons for non-recognition as "unconvincing."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the approval of the financial budget law for the current year will be extended to the month of July, noting that the possibility of approving the budget before the elections.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The decision of the Finance Committee of Parliament, recently, the government responsibility for delaying the adoption of the general budget for 2018, stressing that the government delayed sending the budget to the House of Representatives, which was scheduled to send on October 10, but was sent on 30/201/2017 and thus delayed approval generally.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The House of Representatives ended its consultative session, which was held during his legislative holiday, early last month to discuss the federal budget 2018, while the Presidency decided to refer the draft budget to the parliamentary financial committee to prepare a final version and presented in another extraordinary session.[/rtl]
