    [rtl]From - Mohammed Suleiman:[/rtl]
[rtl]Direct: Venezuela maintained its lead in the list of "economic misery" in 2018, while two Arab countries were in the top 10 centers.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Bloomberg index of the world's most miserable economies of 2018 showed that rising prices pose a more serious threat to the global economy than unemployment this year.[/rtl]
[rtl]The "economic misery" index, which includes 66 countries, is based on the old principle that rising general price levels (inflation) and unemployment largely determine how citizens feel about the quality of economic life.[/rtl]
[rtl]The most miserable .. Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the list[/rtl]
[rtl]Venezuela ranked first on the list for the second year in a row, with estimates of "misery" rising to 1872 points, with inflation expected to reach 13,000 percent this year.[/rtl]
[rtl]South Africa came second in fourth place last year, followed by Argentina, which maintained third place in the second year.[/rtl]
[rtl]While Egypt ranked fourth in the world by 26.4 points, an improvement compared to last year, which ranked second with 41.7 points.[/rtl]
[rtl]Egypt's annual inflation rate fell to 17 percent in January from 22.3 percent in December, while unemployment fell to 11.3 percent by the end of the last quarter of 2017.[/rtl]
[rtl]Greece, Turkey, Ukraine, Spain, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Serbia came in the following positions directly.[/rtl]
[rtl]Saudi Arabia's entry into the list of the 10 most "economically poor" countries comes at 15.4 points, after it was at 12.5 points last year, with inflation returning to a rebound after months of price contraction.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The best .. Asia and Europe[/rtl]
[rtl]On the other hand, "Thailand" continued to be the list of the least countries "economic misery", despite the rise of the estimates of the index to 2.5 points compared to 1.9 points last year.[/rtl]
[rtl]Singapore came second for the second consecutive year, followed by Japan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Israel and Iceland.[/rtl]
[rtl]Norway and South Korea also ranked eighth among the least miserable, then Denmark and Hong Kong.[/rtl]
[rtl]The global economy is in a period of remarkable recovery , after central banks have pumped trillions of dollars into markets to end a years-long recession.[/rtl]
