    The company revealed that the work is underway to establish 1500 housing units worth 250 million dollars in the area of ​​Kadhma north of Baghdad.


    The director of sales in the project of jewels Tigris, Mohamed Emad said in an interview with "Economy News", "The Tigris Jewelers project started in 2016 and consists of 1500 units in 15 buildings, including five buildings of the type of VIP," noting that "the project began Working on it in 2016 and ending in 2020. "



    "The five buildings of the VIP type are distinguished by their location overlooking the Tigris River and a glass façade," he said. "The complex contains a mosque, an entertainment club, a marina on the Tigris River, restaurants, schools, a mall, kindergartens and a children's park."



    "What distinguishes the project is the existence of an administrative building to be supervised by Al Ghadeer Real Estate Investment Company, which is developing and sustaining the project."


    He added that "there are three types of apartments, the first measuring 203 meters and the second measuring 182 meters and the third measuring 137 meters in addition to the existence of great difficulties and the transfer of people and equipment and a system for the disposal of waste automatically," stressing that "the project will be completed in three phases ends in the year of July of Year 2020 ".



    "The materials used in the project are all subject to standardization and quality control," said Muntah Al-Haboubi, a resident engineer at Manhal Al-Haboubi Real Estate Investment Company. "What distinguishes the Tigris Jewelers project is the control of the house through the mobile phone" .



    He said the apartments would be fitted with gas through the pipes and would be faced with glass (Kirten Wall).


    "The roofs of the buildings will be planted and will be for families," he said, adding that the cost of the project is about $ 250 million.
