The legal expert Hashim al-Aqabi denied the possibility of re-deductions of employees salaries for the past two years, similar to deductions in January and February last year.
"The House of Representatives approved the general budget law of 2018, which approved the law on the cancellation of deductions for staff, which had been approved two years ago," noting that "the Council approved the return of segments of the month of January and February and grant them to employees either on the deductions of the past two years have got in time Under the law of the voice of the parliament and therefore can not be returned these amounts on the basis that the law required the employee in a timely manner to deduct part of his salary in order to contribute to the liberation of land occupied by the organization and the support of displaced people.
"After all the provinces were liberated, the House of Representatives issued a decision to cancel the deductions after the situation improved and thus the process of granting salaries of employees for the coming years will
proceed without any deduction," al-Aqabi said .
