    called on the MP for the mass change parliamentary Hoshyar Abdullah , on Monday, the Federal Government to create an effective mechanism to "compel" the territory of the Government of Kurdistan to stop the application of compulsory savings for the salaries of the system, noting that the Government of Kurdistan , the possibility to distribute the full salaries. 

    "We appreciate the response of the federal government to our repeated demands to pressure the Kurdistan Regional Government to stop the policy of compulsory saving for salaries of the region's employees and demand it on the tongue of the spokesman of Prime Minister Saad al-Hadithi's office," Abdullah said in a statement received by Alsumaria News. To pay their salaries in full through the region's share of the budget along with oil and non-oil imports, we give the right to the staff of the region in their concern about the possibility of these statements remain merely a position through the media or as a projection of imposition, while the issue requires serious handling because of the implication of Threats to the Kurdish community at heart. "

    Abdullah added that "in the event that the government is able to announce its position through the media and not to take any serious step will entail responsibility placed in a single box with the provincial government, because they are fully aware that there is a possibility of the territorial government to distribute full salaries, And therefore does not have the right to issue only statements without taking any practical step in this regard, "stressing that" there should be an effective mechanism by the federal government to oblige the provincial government to stop this unjust policy towards employees and the distribution of salaries in full undamaged, Worthy Charges retroactively for previous months. " 

    It is noteworthy that the Kurdistan Regional Government President Nizrvan Barzani announced, Wednesday (March 28, 2018), the provincial government to take a decision to make changes in salaries of employees, noting that the Kurdistan Regional Government is working to end the system of saving permanently.
