The legal expert Tariq Harb, on Thursday, that the law of the budget of 2018 goes on to apply even if some of its paragraphs were challenged by the presidency of the Republic or ministers, noting that the paragraphs that accept the appeal fall from implementation.
"After the publication of the budget law in the Official Gazette, it entered into force and its application does not impede any new order," Harb told Xinhua.
He added that "the appeals made on some paragraphs in the budget by the President of the Republic or in the intention to appeal by the Prime Minister does not disrupt the budget," noting that "in the case of acceptance of the Federal Court, such appeals are void of the budget and will not work with the survival The budget is in force and the implementation space ".
He explained that "the government can prepare a draft law on the paragraphs that have been challenged in the form of a new law and vote again within the parliament," noting that "the matter is very complex in practice on the ground near the end of the legislative life of the House of Representatives and four months of the year Present".
