The political analyst Hazem al-Bawi said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi "failed" in his mission in the comprehensive campaign against corruption, noting that the government can not account for spoilers because of the participation of everyone in the political process.

Al-Bawi said in a statement that "after Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi failed to fulfill the promise he made at the beginning and the beginning of Bakoura, which took him to power four years ago, which is a comprehensive campaign against corruption, the frustrated people are fully aware that these slogans can not be seen the light".

"Abadi, who won 4 years ago with the support of the religious authority, political blocs and various groups of people, was unable to take advantage of this opportunity and open the files of corruption and hold the accused accountable and bring them to justice to receive their fair injustice," noting that "Abadi before others knows it is difficult to account Spoilers, and since all the blocks are participating in his cabinet and have extensions under the dome of parliament so the task of accounting corrupt people of its very complicated. "

Al-Bawi said that "fighting corruption is a task that requires a disciplined state and deterrent laws and non-politicized law, but the Iraqi state unfortunately proved the fact that the file against corruption does not exceed the limits of slogans and auctions and reassuring blocs that the House of Representatives can no longer exercise its oversight role due to lack of time and near the date As well as the concern of all campaigning. "

Al-Bawi said that "the file of anti-corruption has become a hurdle attached to the political blocs their electoral slogans, while all the blocks are the main accused in wasting public money and protect the corrupt members belonging to it and dancing on the wounds of the people covered by empty promises."
