    [rtl]The Electoral Commission announced on Monday the cancellation of the results of 103 polling stations in five provinces in response to electoral complaints and appeals.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The Commission said in a statement, obtained by "Trend Press" a copy of it, "Based on the law of the Commission No. (11) for the year 2007 amended between the legal methods of objection by the affected parties of the election results through the submission of electoral complaints on the day of voting according to legal procedures And the technical set up by the Commission and the Board of Commissioners is the exclusive authority to resolve complaints. "[/rtl]

    [rtl]"The Board of Commissioners examined the complaints that amounted to 1436 (public, private and foreign votes) and were classified by specialized committees in the Board of Commissioners, where it was found that there were (33) red complaints and after the audit resulted in the cancellation of 103 stations distributed to the following governorates (Anbar, Nineveh, Religion, Baghdad, Arbil) ".[/rtl]

    [rtl]As for appeals, it pointed out that it "receives appeals in the offices of the provinces and the offices of Baghdad / Karkh and Rusafa as the law of the Commission drew the right of the affected parties to challenge the decisions of the Board of Commissioners before the judiciary of the elections in the Federal Court of Cassation.[/rtl]
