    The World Center for Development Studies: "The volume of losses of Iraq from the excesses of Iran on the oil fields of Iraq amounted to 17 billion dollars," noting: "The volume of what depleted Iran of Iraqi oil amounted to about 130 thousand barrels per day from four Iraqi fields are the fields of Dahlan, Month, and West Bayer, and Aban. " 

    The Center added in a report published recently: "The volume of Iranian excesses on the fields of Tayyib, Fakkah and parts of the field (Majnoon) amounted to about a quarter million barrels per day," noting that "these fields, which contain reserves of more than 100 billion barrels are not all Common fields because a large part of them are fully Iraqi, and is located within the Iraqi border strip. "

    The International Center for Development Studies said: "Iran is depleting these fields unilaterally, despite the existence of an agreement between the two countries on the formation of joint committees to invest, noting that" Iran has completed all preparations to start production from the oil field (Yadfaran) Iraq, after the agreement with the company (Sinopec) Chinese ".. 

     The report of the Center:" This will deprive Iraq from the investment of this field, which contains about 12 billion barrels of crude oil, and 12.5 trillion cubic meters of natural gas associated with oil " . 

    the report noted: "the specialized and widespread oil smuggling networks in the brain Winding border areas of Iraq are smuggling nearly 35 thousand barrels per day to Iran. "
