"The course aims at informing the participants about the basics of effective debt management so that the overall framework of debt management policies takes into consideration transparency and coordination among the relevant authorities, the principles of governance, disclosure and availability of information for dissemination, analysis of cost and risk components, development of local markets and interaction. with market trends and indicators of economic performance. He discussed topics related to the session in the framework of the financial sustainability of the situation as it will be the focus of the session on the relationship between public debt management and macroeconomic policies on the one hand, and the development of markets Local religion on the one hand again. The course also sheds light on the requirements of developing an active market for government securities in terms of regulating the issuance of government securities with different terms to form a reference yield curve, taking into consideration the diversity of the financial instruments offered and the investor base, enhancing the role of market makers, .
