The Ministry of Planning, on Thursday, the approval of the Council of Ministers to launch financial specialties for the four provinces, "Basra, Dhi Qar, Muthanna and Najaf."
Minister of Planning Dr. Salman Al-Jumaili said during a joint press conference with the Ministry of Finance, organized by the Governmental Information Cell, and attended by "Ghadir" that "his ministry and other ministries are making vigorous efforts either by transport or by investing the remainder of the emergency budget to solve the financial problems in the implementation of service decisions."
Al-Jumaili added that "the results of the specialized service workshop will be translated into quick decisions and will affect the residents of the southern provinces impact in the coming weeks
He pointed out that the investment plan for the next year" ambitious "as it absorbs the inclusion of new projects and include the completion of the bulk of projects lagging to meet an important part Of the needs of citizens with the significant rise in oil prices and availability of funds necessary, which were the reasons that hinder the implementation and financing of projects.
He explained Jumaili, that "water and electricity sectors have priority in addition to addressing problems related to the implementation of projects , whether stalled or lagging , stressing the continuation of this practice to other provinces with regard to addressing problems and facilitate procedures.
For its part , the Ministry of Finance confirmed that it is working very flexible tires to cover a lot details representing local communities and citizens and requests with regard to the provision of services , although it restricted its legal ceiling deal in accordance with the budget law.
