"
    He added that "the results of the revenues were very amazing, in cooperation with customs and tax because it is the revenue reap, but the Authority had an impact because it exercised its functions of control and control and all procedures," noting that "the average monthly revenue of the port of Umm Qasr North for 15 years did not exceed 20 Billion, but immediately after the Commission exceeded 106 billion per month. "
     He pointed out that "some revenue outlets did not exceed five billion, but after the direct body has achieved 37 billion, an average of six to seven times in some outlets from the former," pointing out   that "the difficulties facing the Commission are many, including when entering the border crossings there are circles Has been working for years and there is a complete absence of procedures and non-compliance with them. "
    "The procedures are old but they have not been implemented, such as the need for a certificate of origin, import licenses and invoices, all of which did not exist and when we asked them to imagine it was new," he said.
