    (Baghdad: al-Furat News) The Office of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Haider Abadi issued important directives to the popular crowd.

     A document issued by the office of Prime Minister Haider [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]revealed a directive on the non-politicization of the popular sectarian crowd or the movement of its formations.
    The document, which was obtained by the Baghdad Post, said that "the content of the book was canceled." The first is to cancel the axes of western Nineveh, eastern Nineveh and Beiji, and the brigade in Sinjar.

    Erbil (Kurdistan 24) - Prime Minister Haider Abadi issued orders canceling two decisions issued by the deputy chairman of the popular crowd Abu Mahdi Mahdi to withdraw a number of Shiite factions and the evacuation of many of its headquarters and offices in the areas that are predominantly Sunni.
    This comes at a time when the coalition of the conquest, which includes the popular crowd to convince the Sunni parties to join him to form the largest bloc supported by the coalition of the rule of law, led by Nuri al-Maliki. This move seems to have bothered Abadi, who wants to win a second term.

    According to a secret book issued by the office of Abadi, it was also decided "not to cancel or create formations until after obtaining the consent of the commander-in-chief otherwise the relevant parties bear legal responsibility."
    The popular crowd, dominated by Shi'ite factions with close ties to Iran, is concentrated in many areas, mainly Sunni ones. Many Sunni residents view the crowd with special suspicion after being accused of widespread abuses during the fighting with a preacher.
    He ordered Abadi to "not move any formations only after full coordination with the command of joint operations and obtain the approval of the commander-in-chief of the armed forces in accordance with the contexts followed."
    Iraqi forces have been pivotal to popular mobilization in their operations to liberate the territory captured by the militants of a nascent organization in 2014.
    Earlier this month, the popular crowd evacuated a number of areas and closed offices outside the city of Mosul and said the army would operate them slowly.
    The engineer said according to a book signed in his name issued earlier that his decision was ordered by the commander-in-chief of the armed forces after the "stability of the situation" in those areas.
    Kord officials told Kurdistan 24 that two Shiite delegations from rival alliances would visit Erbil next week as part of a race to form the largest bloc.
    The largest bloc was supposed to be announced before Eid, but Sunnis and Kurds contributed to delaying the announcement after demanding written terms and guarantees for partnership and not repeating past mistakes when they were sidelined by the Shi'ite-led government dominated by the Dawa Party.
    Maliki and Abadi belong to the Dawa Party, but they are vying to form the largest bloc on a mission that may take some time because of the Shi'ite-Shiite divide.
