    said legal expert Ali al - Tamimi, Friday that put the Office of the Prime Minister within the parliament building is a violation of the Constitution and interference in the work of the authorities, noting that theparliament is the sergeant on the executive branch may not be the work of the contrary. 
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "the placement of an office of Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi in the parliament building violates Article 47 of the Constitution, which talks about the principle of separation between the authorities, where each authority has the right to exercise its work away from the other authority" . 
    He pointed out that "the House of Representatives can object to the status of the Office of the Prime Minister in parliament, and can resort to the Federal Court to stop and prevent it from happening."
