Halabousi directed the closure of the cafeteria of parliament during the sessions
House Speaker Mohamed Halabousi closed the parliament cafeteria during the sessions.
This is due to the absence of a quorum in parliamentary sessions.
Some MPs used to get out of the parliament session to the cafeteria of the council, which violates the quorum and prevents the passage of important laws.
