Iran is considering a mechanism to collect foreign currency realized through exports to Iraq

The Secretary-General of the Iranian-Iraqi Chamber of Commerce Hamid Hosseini announced on Wednesday the search for a different mechanism to collect the proceeds of foreign currency exports of goods to Iraq.
"According to a circular issued by the Central Bank of Iran, it is decided that exporters will benefit from the potential of Iranian banks in this country, in order to pay the dinar and receive the Iranian riyal," Hosseini said in a statement.
He pointed out that he "discussed with the Governor of the Central Bank ways to find a different mechanism to restore currency to the country." Ending / 25
