Parliamentary Integrity Committee member Alia Nassif confirmed on Friday that the parliament did not touch the salaries of the staff of the offices of general inspectors, and also allowed through their law to move the staff of those offices to other ministries, to be one move not more than that.
Nassif said in a statement to the information, that "the staff of the offices of the inspectors were luxuriant in the amounts they get compared to their peers in the same ministry, in addition to the parliament and when the work of those offices did not touch the salaries of its employees."
She added that "Parliament authorized the Commission on Integrity and the Office of Financial Supervision to choose who you find competent in the offices of general inspectors to be transferred to it, in addition to the law allowed the transfer of staff of the offices of inspectors to other ministries to be only one move."
She explained that "some of the inspectors drove the staff of their offices to demonstrate against the law to stop the inspection offices, while the parliament did justice to employees and did not touch their pensions and granting integrity and financial control the power to transfer competent staff to its departments." Finished 25 N
