    The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, Sunday, the right of the government of Abdul-Mahdi to vote on the draft budget law 2020 and sent to parliament as a caretaker, indicating that the budget will be disbursed in accordance with 1/12.
    Al-Tamimi told Al-Maaloumeh that the caretaker government remains to run the state's affairs according to 1/12, which concerns only daily matters.
    He added that "the budget law 2020 can not be passed by the caretaker government constitutionally," noting that "it is possible to complete the discussions and the preparation and delivery to the next government, which in turn, vote or re-discussed again according to its vision."
    He explained that "the budget of 2020 will remain disabled until the formation of the new government and vote on it."
