    The director general of the department, Ali Hussein Abdel Amir, said in a statement reported by the official newspaper Al-Sabah and seen by him / the information, that his department “succeeded in creating large spaces in all the governorates, districts and districts in coordination with the relevant authorities in order to expand the municipal boundaries for cities”, He explained that "the tranches owed by this decision are the group covered by the salaries of the social welfare network, and the tier of people with disabilities and special needs, by owning a plot of land with an allowance of 250 dinars per square meter."

    Abdel Amir disclosed that "there are large numbers of lands ready for distribution, which he noted will cover large numbers of applicants in some governorates," noting that his department "is currently waiting to be sent to reveal the names of the provinces covered by distribution to all segments according to Cabinet Resolution No. 419 for the year 2019 for an allowance of 250 dinars per square meter, which is distributed by the allocation committee formed in the governorate and with the approval of the governor. ”
    He continued that "its distribution will be conditional according to the hometown or the usual place of residence for the last ten years in the district center, noting that the applicant is granted a piece of residential land with an area of ​​300 square meters with an allowance of 250 dinars per square meter provided that he did not previously benefit from a piece of housing from the state according to the decision of the Council The leadership of the dissolved Revolution No. 120 of 1982, but if Muscat is his head in the judiciary, the area will be 250 square meters, and 200 square meters if his birthplace is in the governorate, with an allowance of 250 dinars per square meter, stressing the restriction of all revenue generated from the sale to provide services and for the purpose of establishing Infrastructure in the region Itself is supervised by the Ministry of Housing and Construction.
