    He added, "The Ministry is working to expedite the completion of this project, which is hoped to be completed by the end of this year, which will achieve follow-up, oversight, and processes to equip citizens with all transparency, and eliminate existing corruption mechanisms by receiving their ration cards through the imprint of the eye."
