Download economy and Investment Committee member of the National Alliance Deputy Ibrahim Al-Rikabi, Governors and Ministers responsible for non-delivery of budget allocations in Exchange (2012) for projects serving the country, stressing that the House will be called to the provinces and ministries that returned the State financial POPs. Rikabi said (News News Agency): the main reason for not completing a full exchange year budget allocations (2012) due to weak activity of administrators in the provinces and ministries, proved unable to take bold decisions for planning and implementation of projects. He added: there is no development in the area of services and reconstruction in the southern Iraqi provinces in particular, although the country's dilapidated infrastructure and funds are available, the majority of provinces in need of reconstruction and construction of roads and paved.
