    Despite his repeated announcement of "positive" talks with the political blocs on forming his government, time passes in front of the Prime Minister-designate Mustafa al-Kazimi, as documents on his cabinet were fabricated for the third time in two weeks.
    Several sources restore the reason for Al-Kazimi's delay in announcing his government to the divergent visions of the political blocs regarding specific ministries, as it indicates that some blocs want to maintain their presence in the corridors of ministries obtained by the Prime Minister during the period of resigned Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi and do not want to abandon them now, even with popular pressure For the protests and other factors such as the US-Iran conflict, the Corona pandemic and the suffocating economic crisis.

    The government "without freedom of movement"

    Informed sources confirm that some Shiite blocs want to create a committee of opinion and advice for Al-Kazemi in an attempt to control the rhythm, which hinders the area of ​​the latter’s movement, and despite the lack of clarity of their roles, the constant is the concern of similar tremors that were experienced during the period of Abdul-Mahdi.
    Blocs such as al-Hikma, al-Nasr, al-Fadaylah and others are likely to demand what they did not want previously, which is to push candidates to ministries from the Shiite quota, and although they have authorized Al-Kazemi to define his ministers, the usual spoil party may take place again between these blocs that feel remorse.
    On Saturday, Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi announced that he would continue consultations with political forces to form an efficient and fair government, stressing an attempt to overcome obstacles on the basis of positive dialogue.
