The Adel Abdul Mahdi government is described as the worst after the fall of the regime, but this characterization does not reflect the whole truth politically, as it is worse for the Shiites in particular. They have lost a lot in them, and with this the stage of decline in the positions of strength and decision has begun.

Adel Abdul Mahdi, with intent or weakness, achieved in less than a year what was a dream for a decade and a half of time in America, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Qatar, and others. History will write long on the Shiite setback caused by his government. And unless the Shiites correct the creeping danger, the coming generations will curse the present for what they have overstretched, and the following generations will not distinguish between the Shiites of power and the Shiites of the homeland.

Adel Abdul-Mahdi began his period by extending his hand all the rugs to the Kurdish leaderships, and the loss was a huge Shiite wealth. And he gave the Sunni leadership a hand in open theft without reckoning, and the theft was the largest of the Shiite wealth. He also added to the corrupt Shiites a new category such as Sami Al-Masoudi, Abu Jihad Al-Hashemi, Shebl Al-Zaidi and their counterparts.

Adel Abdul-Mahdi exercised his generosity in the powers of the Prime Minister and its first executive position in the state, so the President of the Republic was endowed with the maximum that he could carry, and Barham Saleh appeared in many situations and in critical turns as if he was the owner of the executive decision internally and externally.

Then he went to the Speaker of Parliament, opening the door after the door for him to extend his influence in the areas of the executive state, and Muhammad Al-Halbousi became a decision-making force that influences the political path and penetrates among the Shiites within a future plan that moves him calmly and deeply.

Adel Abdul-Mahdi was not satisfied with that. Rather, he continued to drain the prime minister's post and differentiate it from others. The head of the judiciary, Faeq Zaidan, entered it, and granted him, for the first time in modern Iraqi history, a political authority participating in decision-making. Zidan spread his wings, so he met the American ambassador, discussing issues of Iraqi politics and its executive affairs. He became a politician like the other leaders of the blocs and representatives, to the extent that his name was later included in the list of candidates for prime minister.

Adel Abdul-Mahdi's policy produced an unprecedented rift in the Shia entity, and this is evident in the acute crisis of choosing a candidate to succeed him as prime minister.

This article is the beginning of a series of articles, on the new political situation, and on the serious dangers that surround the Shiites and penetrate their circles in the process of wrapping, absorbing and cunning tearing led by some political leaders.
