    The representative of the Iraqi coalition, Hassan Khati, confirmed, Saturday, that the House of Representatives has not received the new borrowing law yet.
    "Parliament does not have a new borrowing law, which is currently presented by the government, which is the fiscal deficit law," Khalati said in a statement to "the information", pointing out that "the government is inclined towards the issue of borrowing to bridge the financial deficit."
    He added that "Parliament has the right to reduce the fiscal deficit law according to actual need," noting that "the salaries of employees are secured for the coming months and will not be delayed in the exchange process."
