[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Parliamentary Finance Committee undertook to study 9 new proposals in preparation for approval to add them within the provisions of the General Budget Law 2021 in order to present them to the House of Representatives.
The Committee of Martyrs, Victims and Political Prisoners and the Financial Committee held a joint meeting to discuss a working paper that included 9 proposals related to those covered by transitional justice laws for the purpose of including them in the budget law, namely ..
1- Supplying the budget of the Martyrs Foundation, operational and investment, for the purpose of completing the buildings of the Martyrs Foundation in some governorates as well as The Department of Mass Graves.
2- Supplying the operational and investment budget of the Political Prisoners Foundation.
3 - Excluding those covered by transitional justice laws from stopping transportation between ministries.
4- The exclusion of those included in the Martyrs Institution Law, the Prisoners Institution Law, and the Terror Victims Law, from Article 21 of the Federal Budget Law, which violated four laws in force, because it is a dangerous article that greatly harms the two segments of martyrs, victims and prisoners.
5- Demanding to add a clause obligating the government to release the financing of dues for political detainees and detainees included in the Political Prisoners Institution Law No. 4 of 2006 as amended.
7- Demanding the addition of allocations to Law 16 of 2010 and Law 5 of 2010.
8- Calling to add a paragraph on the dismissed politicians.
9- Demanding the payment of end-of-service bonuses for martyrs and wounded from the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the Popular Mobilization Authority ../ End 5[/rtl]
