The Energy Ministerial Council decided to support the efforts of the Ministry of Oil, Electricity and Water Resources.
The council stated in a statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that during the twenty-ninth session, it decided to " support the efforts of the Ministry of Electricity in implementing a set of projects that support the energy sector, as well as supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Water Resources regarding the financing and implementation of the Basra Water Pipeline Project (Badaa Canal). )".
The council also decided, according to the statement, "to support the efforts of the Ministry of Oil in implementing the (Basra - Al-Kahla) pipeline to deliver gas to the Maysan investment and Al-Amarah gas stations."
He stressed that he had "taken the appropriate decisions and recommendations" in supporting the projects of the three ministries.
