    Economists warned radio free Iraq met with damage to the Iraqi economy and the currency market if the private banks by selling the dollar on the black market through citizens ' passports to travel for medical treatment or study fellowships.

    The Economist said Helal altaian many currency traders began exploiting citizens through the passport in Exchange for rental payments for the purchase of USD from private banks, adding that most of the buying of the currency escapes out of the country and sold them locally later than the 30 percent.

    The Economist said Abdel Rahman Al-Mashhadani's private banks to sell foreign currency anarchically without control of Government would be a catalyst for the activity of money laundering, adding that the Central Bank reviewed the decision of selling the dollar through private banks and limiting the sale of Basra official.

    The President said the securities Abdul Razzaq Al-Saadi, the manner in which private banks sell the dollar depending on the passports of citizens represent a circumvention of the law and Government, warning of widening it to a direct negative impact on Iraq's economy.

    Mohammad Sarraf, owner of a money exchange in Baghdad that there is collusion between the departments of private banks and brokers dealing with foreign exchange partnerships to sell the dollar on the black market for a profit.
