, the independent deputy, Basem Khashan, considered today, Saturday, that the order of the Federal State Court confirms that it is above all state institutions.
And Khashan tweeted on his Twitter page, "Tareq Harb started talking about the possibility of ruling the first session unconstitutional, but he claims that the lawsuit is futile."
He pointed out that "the truth is that the state order in itself is a precedent confirming that the court should be above all state institutions, to return the train of parliamentary procedures that deviated from the railroad of the constitution to its constitutional path."
Earlier today, the legal expert, Tariq Harb, issued a statement in which he expected the Presidency of Parliament to be re-elected again in the event that the Federal Court canceled their election in the first session.
