, today, Tuesday, the Federal Court issued a decision regarding the representation of components in the House of Representatives.
The court said in a statement received by Mawazine News that "for the purpose of activating the national role, achieving equality and preserving national unity for the Yazidi, Shabak and Faili Kurds, the Federal Supreme Court decided that the representation of these components in the House of Representatives is unconstitutional and that they must be equated with the Christian and Sabian components."
