Decision House preclude approval of the Federal Court Act tomorrow

Tuesday to vote on it, because it needs a vote of two thirds of the
members of the Council.
In a statement, said Peter (News News
Agency): during the meeting of the presiding officers of the House with
the heads of parliamentary committees which blocks got yesterday, missed
by a coalition of State law and virtue party and the Badr organization,
it was agreed that the inclusion of the Federal Court Act Tuesday to
vote.
The Council said its decision: the vote on the law requires
two-thirds of the members of the Council, there are differences in the
law and therefore difficult, noting that on the amnesty law, the legal
Committee has been mandated to meet with the heads of blocs to agree on
amending controversial law paragraphs to the vote.
She: that the amnesty did not include the House session Thursday or other meetings.
As
a member of the Coalition, State of law Coalition
Deputy/National/relationship, that the State of law Coalition will not
vote on the amnesty law in a session Thursday.
He said the
relationship (of news): the State of law Coalition boycotted yesterday's
special meeting because of opposition to the Constitution clauses,
adding: you cannot release all detainees and the repeal of article (4)
of terrorism, as well as accountability and justice because it would
lead to the return of the Baath party terror on the people.
He
relationship: that his coalition will not vote on the amnesty law be
submitted to a vote at a meeting Thursday for allowing the terrorists to
