[size=45]Today, Wednesday, a specialized hospital in Dhi Qar, southern Iraq, announced the success of the first complex surgery involving the implantation of the penis of a person who was lost by a dog bite.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Amal Investment General Hospital in Nasiriyah said, in a statement, that the Center for Male Reproductive Surgery performed, today, a head transplant operation for the penis after losing it from a horrific accident resulting from a dog bite, indicating that the operation took 6 hours and was carried out by the efforts of the Egyptian consultant Dr. Abdel Qawi Youssef and a doctor. Anesthesia Ayman Hamama, assistant surgeon Ali Khalil, assistant anesthetist Jamal Sharif and Saadoun Naim.[/size]
[size=45]The statement indicated that all devices and tools used in the operation were prepared by the General Investment Hope Hospital to ensure the success of the first penis transplant in Iraq.[/size]
